I have been longing for a hobby...something I could do in my spare time while being a full-time mom. Don't get me wrong, being a mom is one of the most important jobs in this world, and it always is first priority, but I need something to let my creative juices flow. Well, I got really excited when I saw a SUPER amazing camera on sale today...and...well...yeah. So, here goes nothing! If photography doesn't work out...I still have a nice camera, right?
I brainstormed for an hour or two, thinking it would take me atleast a few days to come up with a catchy name...but, out of the blue I thought Boots 'n' Buckles. Catchy, huh? It defines me...in a way. I made a facebook page, and started uploading some photos I did minor edits of online. My camera battery is dead, and is currently charging so I am eagar to get out and begin this journey! I want to capture the world through my eyes, and share what I find!
Will you come along for the ride? I plan to capture my journey into photography by blogging about what I learn, what I shoot, and all the mistakes I know will be made.
